Ingredients:
- 30 ml Old Tom Gin
- 30 ml Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 Bar Spoon Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 Bar Spoon Absinthe
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
