Ingredients:
- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
Method:
- Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a thin tall tumbler glass.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a lemon twist.
